I discovered NVC in Savanna ConneXions’ Constructive Communication Counsellor (CCC) training in 2017. I initially joined the training to gain professional tools, but I soon realized I was receiving much more. Studying NVC turned out to be a life-changing experience that helped me connect with myself more deeply and authentically than any other approach I had encountered before.

The new skills I gained helped me understand myself better, deepen my relationships, and make more conscious choices to support both my own and others’ well-being. Learning and teaching NVC has become profoundly meaningful to me and is one of my greatest passions. I truly enjoy exploring what it means to be human and finding ways to foster connection between people — in workshops, trainings, and informal encounters alike.
