Henrik Frid has been a candidate for certification as a trainer in Nonviolent Communication since 2023. His experience in communication comes primarily from his work as a leader in Swedish industry, where he has held roles such as manager, project manager, and team leader. Before transitioning into leadership in 2018, Henrik worked as an engineer and holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering. He currently serves on the board of the Swedish NVC organization and is part of the organizing team for the 2025 International Intensive Training in Sweden. In addition to applying NVC in industrial and organizational contexts, Henrik is also interested in how communication training supports intimate relationships and parenting.
