I am a fun-loving woman who wants to work more from the heart and meet myself and others with kindness and generosity. I am a certified trainer in non-violent communication and find it exciting and instructive to work with people.
I want to communicate in a way that creates contact and presence and share this with others. I am inspired to be a leader and teach at the Oslo Buddhist Center to share a path to growth and development for other people, and at the same time contribute to creating a world with more harmony and kindness.
