Sophie Lewandowski
Sophie lives in the South of France near Marseille after having lived 15 years in Africa and Latin America. For Sophie, Nonviolent Communication is a wonderful approach to connect us beyond our cultures, our opinions, our histories. Dare to affirm what is important to us, while listening and seeking solutions for the benefit of all. Develop a cooperative posture in our daily lives, in our teams and our social actions. Sophie is also a researcher in socio-anthropology at the Institute of Research for Development, trained in Forum Theater by Augusto Boal, in collective intelligence by Tools-networks, in Yoga for 15 years. She has been involved in local and international development projects as well as in the NVC collective for social and ecological transformation (CNV-TSE). She wants Nonviolent Communication to also support us in our teams and in the regions.

La CNV est pour moi une magnifique approche pour nous relier au-delà de nos cultures, de nos opinions, de nos histoires. Oser affirmer ce qui est important pour nous, tout en écoutant et recherchant les solutions au service de tous. Développer une posture coopérative dans notre quotidien, dans nos équipes et nos actions sociales. S'offrir des moments de calme et de ressourcement
Je suis aussi chercheure en socio-anthropologie à l'Institut de Recherche pour le Développement, formée au Théâtre forum par Augusto Boal, à l’intelligence collective par Outils-réseaux, au Yoga depuis 15 ans. Je suis engagée dans des projets de développement locaux et internationaux ainsi que dans le collectif CNV pour la transformation sociale et écologique (CNV-TSE). J'ai à coeur que la CNV nous soutienne aussi dans nos équipes et sur les territoires.
