My name is Michèle Bürgin. I was born and raised in Switzerland. Wherever people meet in a genuine, human, and authentic way, I feel at ease. I love to move – dancing to happy music, roaming through the woods, or enjoying a swim in lakes and rivers.

I am magnetically drawn to places beyond right and wrong. Where vulnerability is welcome and difficult experiences can turn into bright strength, I feel at home. Through Nonviolent Communication, I have learned how safe and authentic connection truly contributes to healing and growth. How beautiful it is that we can meet simply and completely naturally, exploring and enjoying together the sheer beauty of the present moment and everything that comes with it. That is what truly touches my heart. Today, I passionately love creating spaces for this kind of authentic being.  This is true both in my work as a project manager in a nursing home and in my role as a coach.

With great joy and my experience in marketing, project management and change management, I love to contribute from the heart to making the Switzerland 2027 IIT a safe, comforting, and transformative place for you. I am full of gratitude to organize this IIT together with Sarah, Giorgio, and the wonderful trainer team.
