Amy Dyer is a candidate to become a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and a Somatic Consensus trainer with Liminal Somatics. Her passion for NVC lies in supporting people as they reconnect with themselves—inviting them to explore their lives through new perspectives, cultivating greater awareness, choice, and authenticity.

Amy's NVC journey began in 2014 with a book and has since become a central part of her life. Nonviolent Communication transformed her relationship with herself, gently shifting her from patterns of self-disconnection toward a way of living rooted in compassion, presence, and life connection.

She facilitates in-person and online courses throughout Scandinavia and Europe, working with diverse individuals and organizations on their NVC paths. Since 2023, she has organized, hosted, and supported NVC events both online and in person, including IIT Sweden 2025 and SAYIT 2026. Currently, she serves as Chairman of the Board for the Association for Nonviolent Communication in Sweden.

With a background spanning various service industries—from building management to supporting those recovering from substance abuse—Amy brings deep experience in meeting people with care and compassion, whether tending to broken pipes or holding space for personal despair.
