"I envision a world where every individual experiences a profound sense of belonging and significance. In this harmonious world, we extend kindness and nurture not only to ourselves but also to the planet and all living beings that share our existence."
Greetings, I'm Gail, and I'm delighted to welcome you to my page. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of teaching leadership and communication skills to athletes and Olympic coaches, unlocking their potential for extraordinary performance. As a mother of four, I've navigated the challenges and joys of raising children, which further fueled my interest in effective communication.

My journey led me to explore the realms of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Resonant Language, and in 2008, my focus expanded to include the study of neuroscience. The fusion of interpersonal neurobiology principles with self-discovery processes has become my passion, aimed at fostering deeper connections with oneself and others.
My commitment to enhancing communication skills stems from a genuine desire to support individuals in building meaningful relationships and thriving communities. My purpose is to guide you through the exploration of your passions and help you identify and discard false beliefs that may be hindering your access to the life you desire.

Modern science, in alignment with my convictions, reveals that we have the power to shape our responses to life's events. Your reactions, responses, feelings, and recurring patterns are not shortcomings but valid expressions of your experiences. There is no inherent flaw in you, just as there is none in me.

I'm enthusiastic about sharing insights into our humanity, the impact of trauma on the brain, and how we can transition into more joyful connections through the transformative practices of resonant healing and NVC. You need not spend another day doubting your worth or conforming to others' expectations. It's time to embark on your unique life path.
By cultivating a kinder, more compassionate brain, you can break free from entrenched patterns, fostering a profound shift in how you perceive yourself and others. Join me on this journey towards a more fulfilling and connected life.

““We intuitively believe social and physical pain are radically different kinds of experiences, yet the way our brains treat them suggests that they are more similar than we imagine.” Matthew D. Lieberman”
