Aimee is a results-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience in consensus building, conflict transformation, community building and organizational development, and supporting groups to build common ground. With over 15 years of experience in collaborative problem-solving, conflict transformation, and complex change initiatives, she has a proven track record of facilitating effective and meaningful dialogue, alignment, and action among diverse and often conflicting perspectives and interests. She is dedicated to finding collaborative solutions to the toughest challenges of our time, and has a specialized expertise in agricultural and natural resource issues.
Her work is driven by her passion for supporting individuals and organizations to move beyond the limitations of “either/or” and into the creative possibilities of “both/and.” She draws on a rich and diverse background in restorative justice and mediation, international relations, organizational development, Nonviolent Communication, and coaching. She leverages these and other frameworks and modalities to help her clients clients hold the complexity of our world and the challenges we face with empathy, togetherness, and compassion. She is most excited to work with projects and organizations that are working on transforming the social and environmental challenges of our times, and who want to do their part in creating a world that truly works for all.
