What to Do When Conversations Hurt is a 6-week introduction to Nonviolent Communication designed to help you speak honestly, listen deeply, and stay connected when it matters most.

Together, we'll explore what happens when we move beyond judgment, get curious about what's really going on, connect with our feelings and needs, and learn to make requests that invite connection rather than coercion.

Discover how to:

  • Speak your truth without pushing people away. Say what matters to you without blame, criticism, or alienatii\ng those you care about.
  • Turn arguments into opportunities for connection. Discover what lies beneath conflict and find new ways forward together.
  • Be heard without having to fight to be understood. Learn to express yourself in ways that invite curiosity rather than defensiveness.
  • Understand what’s really driving your reactions. Uncover the feelings and needs beneath anger, frustration, and judgment, in yourself and others.
  • Stay connected without abandoning yourself. Set boundaries, navigate differences, and care for your relationships without sacrificing what matters to you.

Come with the conversations you wish could go differently. Leave with new ways of listening, speaking, navigating conflict, and creating connection.
