My passion is facilitating authentic communication groups which are based on four pillars: Nonviolent Communication; Internal Family Systems; Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Oppression; and Here and Now Process Work. Integrating these precious modalities is deeply meaningful for me.

Having been a founding partner of Leadership that Works for decades, I played a pivotal role in training coaches and facilitators, and empowering leaders to share power and instigate cultural transformations. Presently, I focus on collaborating with small groups of individuals, helping them cultivate meaningful relationships and drive positive change in the world.

For 25 years, I was a founding partner of Leadership that Works, where we trained coaches and facilitators and supported leaders to share power and transform the culture. Today, I focus on working with small groups of people to develop relationships that they love and create the change they want to see in the world.

I've written three books: Courageous Visions; Facilitating with Heart; and Coaching for Transformation. You can find them all on Amazon.com and you can read the first chapter of Facilitating with Heart for free.

I like to support social justice activists so that more people meet more needs and we create the world we have been longing for. What's most important to me is connecting from the heart - helping folks create intentional relationships that are intimate, real, and impactful.

My vision is to see people from every nook and cranny of the world skilled in facilitating heart connection. I support NVC practitioners to develop organizations, mediate conflict, transform relationships, and support social change initiatives.
