Yuko Goto was the first Certified Trainer in Japan. She has an extensive training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapeutic model.

Yuko brings together NVC, IFS and other modalities such as Attachment Theory in her courses, workshops and private sessions. She has a passion for supporting single people to learn and heal from past trauma and expressing their true essence to the world.

Yuko is one of four founders of the NVC University [JP] in Japan where she offers a year-long NVC programs.
