"Let us grow this force in the world, answering the constant invitation from NVC whenever we rediscover our true nature. Step by step, by staying in the present, accepting life just as it is - and choosing peace."

My journey in NVC began in 2008 and I became certified in 2015. I have shared NVC with diverse groups, mainly in organisations and leadership as well as with teachers, parents, couples, counsellors and the general public. My approach to NVC is deeply rooted in healing and inner transformation, and I believe that it provides a practical and worldly path to personal growth and spiritual expansion.
As an organisational sociologist/psychologist working in the field of organisational and leadership development, I was strongly drawn to NVC for its potential for creating positive change within individuals and groups. Over the years, I have witnessed a large number of people being inspired to go on an NVC-guided path, deciding to take full ownership of their lives and profoundly transforming, both personally and professionally.

What I stand for as a trainer:

1. Bridging a gap that I felt: While I have explored various spiritual processes, some of them felt distant from my everyday realities. To me, NVC serves as a bridge, offering a down-to-earth and practical approach to personal growth and spiritual development. It allows individuals to shift from their core and expand their consciousness without feeling disconnected from the world around them. Step by step, interaction by interaction.

2. Causing true shifts: My passion lies in empowering people to transcend their limiting stories and embrace life exactly as it is, each one with the cards that we have been dealt. In the world of NVC, this means delving into the space where the actual fulfillment of needs becomes less significant. Instead, we focus on stepping forward powerfully, regardless of external circumstances. NVC teaches us to navigate life's challenges with choice and resilience.

3. Holistic approach: I firmly believe in the value of combining NVC with a variety of complementary practices. This integrated approach enhances our awareness of internal patterns and facilitates profound transformations. One of my key methods involves using embodiment practices that allow individuals to fully experience their senses and connect deeply with their inner state. Through these practices, we tap into the wisdom of our bodies, gaining insight into our emotions and needs.

“I am dedicated to inspiring those who thirst for life's richness and choose its profound experiences over mere comfort. These individuals stand resilient amid life's fluctuating energies, becoming agents of transformation and catalysts of peace in their circles. Within this dynamic space, I collaborate with leaders and teams to unlock the inherent human potential for peak collaborative performance.”
