My mission is to be an initiator and facilitator in creating a way to find a personal balance between feelings, needs and strategies which make a base for better, more peaceful and more honest society.
I discovered Nonviolent Communication in 1996 and since then I have been constantly growing in that way, in my communication and empathetic connection with family, friends and colleagues. I do educations with adults to help them learn to live NVC model and I also do workshops with young people to encourage them and empower them to find their inner peace and to overcome ethnic intolerance.
I train for individuals, teams and groups. I do mentoring work with people who want to live and share NVC model and I am a co-founder and member of the Network for Nonviolent Communication of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
