I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC / ICF) and bring over twenty-five years of coaching experience with me. My clients are executives in various roles and functions, especially in the services, information technology, and engineering sectors.
In addition to being a leadership coach, I am the director of training of an ICF-accredited coaching training with global recognition and a supervisor and mentor coach.
I bring over 4,000 hours of coaching experience to the table and am described by my clients as clear, structured, solution-oriented, persistent, and at the same time warm, humorous, sensitive, and empathetic.
My coaching approach is holistic in nature. To support my clients’ development, I bring to bear a wide range of skills, methods, and tools, which include evidence-based approaches such as WOOP and Embodiment as well as spiritual methods such as ThetaHealing®. And, of course, Nonviolent Communication. NVC is the basis of everything.
The focus of my work is on (self-)leadership, and my specialties are flow-inspiring leadership and self-leadership, leadership communication, stress management and resilience, NVC in business, and conflict facilitation and mediation.
I also love writing books and developing coaching tools. I am the author of numerous books, including Business Coaching (GABAL) and My LifeCruise-Navi®.
My clients appreciate me for my gift to create spaces where they dare to free themselves from inner and outer constraints and align their lives more and more with their strengths, inclinations, values, needs, and desires instead of bending themselves for others. And for my ability to see connections, to recognize essentials, and to bring things to the point.
I believe I am in the world to show myself and others what a treasure we have inside, that we can change the world around us by changing the world inside us! My mission is to help myself and others to find peace of mind, again and again:
- Who do I want to be? How do I want to live? What do I need to be content?
- How can I influence my mood for the positive?
- How can I make relationships with others enjoyable?
