Paula Rossi’s NVC path started in 2002 when she read the book, Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life, by Marshall Rosenberg. She began visiting workshops and practice groups for Nonviolent Communication and slowly found herself deeper in NVC consciousness, noticing how NVC had become a part of her life. Somehow there was no turning back — a change had taken place.
Paula is an active member of the Austrian NVC Organization and part of several self-learning practice groups. “Being a part of a like-minded (and sometimes not so like-minded) group of people is, in my opinion, essential for the learning of NVC,” she reflects.
She is a certified trainer in adult education, business training, and Focusing. As a life coach, she offers counseling and coaching in one-on-one settings for couples and individuals. She has a practice group for NVC in Vienna and she offers introductory workshops as well as workshops for advanced learners who want to dive deeper into the world of NVC.
Paula is a member of the Bavarian-Austrian Assessment Team in the role of an Assessor since June 2025. She accepts new candidates. Primary languages in her assessor role are German, Finnish and English.
Perhaps the most important learning on her NVC path has been, “take your time,” and learn to celebrate and mourn the bumpy road called life.
