Meine berufliche Herzheimat: der Sozial- und Gesundheitsbereich.
Fast zwei Jahrzehnte war ich dort als Dipl. Behindertenpädagogin und Teamleiterin tätig. Die Gewaltfeie Kommunikation war mir dabei viele Jahre eine sehr bereichernde und nährende Wegbegleitung.
Mit diesem Erfahrungsschatz im Gebäck, begleite ich jetzt als Trainerin vorwiegend Menschen, welche Menschen begleiten. In Krankenhäusern, Pflegeheimen, Einrichtungen für Menschen mit Behinderung, Kindergärten…
Was mich dabei am meisten bewegt ist:
WÜRDE * GLEICHWÜRDIGKEIT und ANDERSWÜRDIGKEIT * „Herzaugen“ welche Schönheit in Menschen suchen und finden * gelebtes MACHT MIT * Menschlichkeit.
My professional home, my home that is dearest to me, the home of my heart is the social and health sector.
I worked for almost two decades as a certified educator and team leader in an institution for people with disabilities. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) was a very enriching and nourishing companion during these years for me.
Being a trainer and with this wealth of experience in my luggage, I now mainly accompany people who accompany people. I work in hospitals, nursing homes, facilities for people with disabilities, kindergartens, and many more.
What moves me the most are:
Dignity, equality and other-worthiness, seeing with the heart the beauty of people, lived power with humanity.
