Kevin Dancelme
Rediscovering and nurturing the capacity and joy of togetherness.
Kevin Dancelme works as a consultant and trainer who specializes in bringing systemic awareness to communication and relationships. He participates in a work group dedicated to developing and sharing NVC through a systemic lens (Tools for Liberation).
My dream is to contribute to a more unified and safe world populated by humans connected to their resources of resilience, creativity, care, and compassion.
NVC, with which I've been coaching individual groups since 2014, gives me the tools to rediscover confidence and joy in relationships. I love working with individuals, with parents (I am myself a parent of 2 young ones), and with groups. I have a particular interest in working with organizations wanting to create outstanding outcomes while engaging in a deep inquiry into how to contribute to a world that truly works for all.
I also work as a therapist/counselor with the Relational Intelligence © model.
I am a Diamond Approach student.
I also am a student of the work of Miki Kashtan and an occasional contributor to Nonviolent Global Liberation (NGL).
“My mission is to safeguard certain teachings that I received and that I see as contributing to Life, while continuing to experiment with truth towards a sustainable and thriving existence of humanity on Earth.”
