Vesna holds a Master's degree in Political Science and has been studying and working in the field of conflict resolution and mediation for the past ten years. Her work is grounded in the model of Nonviolent Communication, which she applies in resolving conflicts in interpersonal and partner relationships.
NVC offered her a practical way to connect compassionately and honestly with herself and others, and to develop a way of communicating that brings compassion into everyday life. Since 2016, she has trained with many international NVC trainers and is currently enrolled in the trainer certification process. She leads practice groups and facilitates Introduction, Foundation, and Deepening trainings and workshops internationally, both for the public and within organisations and companies.
