Ruby first encountered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2017 at a workshop with Lisa Kuang, where she was touched by the clarity and power of the four-step process. In 2019, she joined Taiwan’s first International Intensive Training (IIT), where the warmth and practicality of NVC deeply resonated with her. In John Kinyon’s conflict mediation sessions, she experienced the power of being truly understood, respected, and accompanied; in Lucy Leu’s class, she felt the profound impact of empathic listening. That was the moment she knew NVC was a vital tool for fostering authentic connection and peacefully transforming conflict.

Since 2019, Ruby has continued learning, practicing, and sharing NVC. Witnessing participants transform through this practice has been one of her greatest sources of joy and motivation. In 2024, she served as Organizer Assistant for the Taiwan IIT under the guidance of Lisa Kuang, gaining valuable experience in cross-cultural communication and international event coordination.

With over 20 years of experience in training , Ruby has worked with countless companies, schools, and organizations to design and deliver impactful learning programs—helping leaders and teams strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust. She especially loves bringing NVC into workplaces and classrooms, enabling people to not just learn the skills, but to live them in their daily lives.
