Łukasz Teofilak is a project coordinator, trainer, and facilitator, and a CNVC certification candidate. 

Since 2012, he has been actively involved in youth projects within the Youth in Action programme and its successor, Erasmus+. He has coordinated dozens of international projects, working with youth workers, educators, trainers, young people, and organisations across Europe.

Empathic communication is at the heart of his work. He supports individuals and groups in building authentic relationships, deepening mutual understanding, and creating spaces where every voice can be heard. His professional focus is on facilitation of learning, experiential learning, meaningful cooperation, and fostering understanding in multicultural environments. Through his work, he contributes to the development of skills, dialogue, and strong partnerships that help create more connected and inclusive communities.
