I am most interested in holding space for inner exploration through Nonviolent Communication and Guided Imagery and Music (GIM). In living through many joys and adversities in my 65 years, I've come to believe that our resources are essential to thrive, let alone survive the journey. I identify as she/her. I'm taking some time off now, but will announce when I'm back and look forward to sharing more about what this process may bring.
