Living Compassion: A Journey To Embracing Wholeness
By: Mironel de Wilde, Astha Agarwal, Vega Moon
What is Living Compassion?
Living Compassion is an approach to life that invites us to meet all of our experiences—both joyful and challenging—as expressions of our aliveness, worthy of being welcomed with compassion.
When we learn to relate to all of our emotions as meaningful messengers, they guide us to parts of ourselves that may be unfamiliar or even uncomfortable. By bringing compassion and trust to every part of our experience, we can integrate these aspects into our wholeness and bring our full selves into life, creativity, and relationships. In this way, Living Compassion is about living from the fullness of who we are.
Living Compassion is a body of work, rooted in Nonviolent Communication, developed by Late NVC trainer Robert Gonzales.
