Please join Lisa Gottlieb for an in-person NVC Immersion Program in Ann Arbor, MI beginning in February 2024, and finishing up with a final session in May just as spring is beginning. Share, learn and practice NVC in an empathic, welcoming and warm community with monthly meetings, empathy buddies and opportunities for optional empathy circle on-line gatherings.

This 4-month NVC Immersion Program will focus on self-connection and acceptance, increasing comfort and ease in using functional NVC in daily life, and using practical tools to increase your NVC skills. Our gatherings will support the development of clarity for how to move forward in your life with vitality, joy, agency, choice, and taking a stand for what you value in ways that make it easier for people to hear and understand you.

This program is geared for those with some beginning, very basic understanding and experience in NVC, and is also appropriate for those with more skills and experience to broaden their learning while connecting with the local NVC community. When you register you will receive a handout packet of NVC material we will use in our gatherings, and a copy of Lisa’s ebooklet, Introduction to NVC: How to Navigate Your Life With More Grace, Ease and Peace which is helpful for newbies to NVC.

We will meet monthly for Saturday programming, from 1p-5p to build on familiar and new relationships, increase our NVC skills, bring more understanding to how we got to where we are, and consider options for how to move forward with agency and choice.
