Family relationships can feel draining at times. Whether you’re navigating family life with a partner, facing the challenges of staying connected with teens or young adults, or seeking more connection in other close family relationships, this workshop offers practical tools from Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to support you.

Why attend

In this 2-hour introductory workshop, you’ll explore practical tools from NVC to understand yourself with more compassion, listen with empathy, and express with honesty and clarity. These skills can help you stay connected with yourself and others, especially in moments of tension or disconnection.

What to expect

This is a highly experiential session with a short introduction, live demonstration, and guided practice. You’ll not only understand the foundations of NVC, but also gain practical tools that you can apply to your own real-life situations.
