Aseel joined CNVC in June 2021. From Palestine, Aseel was introduced to NVC in 2015 through her father, who joined the Palestinian NVC community, and her brother, who is a Certified Trainer. Aseel currently lives between Palestine and Istanbul. She is fluent in Arabic, English, and Turkish.

Aseel holds a master's degree in international studies and works in Tubitak and Istanbul Medeniyet university as a researcher. In 2014 Aseel won the Arab award as one of the best poets in the Arab world. Her poems are published in various magazines, newspapers, and websites. Aseel is passionate about bringing NVC to the Middle East communities.
