By education and professional experience (31 years), a Polish teacher, family counselor, mediator and family therapist from a systemic perspective. Author of articles on NVC, especially in the context of family relations, published in pedagogical and parenting magazines. Author of two books "Education without spanking" (2006) and "Dialogue instead of punishment" (2013). Founder of the School of Empathy and Dialogue in 2013, creator of the "Uwany Dialog" brand. She is a co-founder of the Family Lab Foundation and the initiator of introducing Jesper Juul pedagogy to Poland. Since 2006, he has been organizing and since 2010 conducting NVC training and thematic communication training for individuals and professionals involved in educational and therapeutic work, as well as multi-family group communication training - Family Camp. At the School of Empathy and Dialogue, he works according to the original NVC curriculum - "Steps to contact" - developed by Karsten Schacht-Petersen. This program has been enriched with the context of neuroaffective developmental psychology, the concept of somatic and developmental trauma therapy and elements of the Polyvagal Theory.
