Tess works with leaders who recognize that their communication skills are limiting them, and teaches them how to consistently access collaboration and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes with others.

She also teaches English as a Foreign Language through consciousness development and healing work.

Tess holds degrees in Symbolic Systems and Spanish, and certificates in Permaculture Design and Focusing (somatic parts-work healing). She lives in community in the PNW where she likes to hike and plant flowers.
