In my yoga and qigong courses I teach body awareness, presence and mindfulness. NVC supports me both professionally and in my family (as a mother of three boys) through the variety and ability to communicate and has become an essential building block in my own personal development and profession. In Morocco I fulfil my and others' need for freedom, liveliness, lightness, the "wide world" and cultural exchange. I worked as a classical homeopath in Germany for over 20 years and was involved in numerous assignments with Homeopaths Without Borders in Bosnia, Croatia, Iran and India. It is a pleasure for me to share these experiences, knowledge and attitudes with people who also want to change or overcome their limits.

In meinen Yoga- und Qigongkursen vermittle ich Körperwahrnehmung, Präsenz und Achtsamkeit. Die GFK unterstützt mich sowohl beruflich als auch familiär (als Mutter von 3 Jungs) durch Kommunikationsvielfalt und –fähigkeit und ist ein wesentlicher Baustein meiner eigenen Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Beruf(ung) geworden. In Marokko erfülle ich mir und anderen das Bedürfnis nach Freiheit, Lebendigkeit, Leichtigkeit, „weiter Welt“ und Kulturenaustausch. Über 20 Jahre arbeitete ich als klassische Homöopathin in Deutschland und hatte u. a. mit Homöopathen ohne Grenzen e. V. etliche Einsätze in Bosnien, Kroatien, dem Iran und in Indien. Es ist mir eine Freude, diese Erfahrungen, das Wissen und die Haltung mit Menschen zu teilen, die ebenso ihre Grenzen verändern oder überwinden möchten.
