I work with individuals and couples to create fulfilling romantic partnerships through the organization Couples Focus. In this work, I draw upon skills from NVC, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to shed light on the dynamics of each relationship, to support couples in practicing new skills to replace approaches that are no longer serving them, and to empower them to redefine their relationship to make it more wonderful.

My offerings include coaching for individuals and couples, workshops on relationship skills, NVC practice groups, and groups for men to facilitate intimacy, vulnerability, and empathy. I offer workshops with Lisa Gottlieb through Great Lakes NVC, and I offer workshops & practice groups through the Compassionate Communication Center of Ohio.

I am very open to opportunities to offer NVC to youth (e.g., in schools, after school groups, etc.).
