After teaching Nonviolent Communication (NVC) at a community college for five years, I discovered that I most enjoyed restorative justice circle facilitation for applying what I've learned. Like many, I long to live in a world where everyone's needs are held with equity. Also, I've acquired certification in relational neuroscience from my primary NVC trainer and deeply appreciate the benefit of understanding how human nervous systems impact one another, and also how students and clients respond to this information for integrating and making sense of their own experiences.
