Hello, my name is Marielle Mahé, and I'm from Brittany. I have a background in occupational psychology, coaching, and individual support using Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I am deeply passionate about inner work—exploring our wounds, emotions, and behavioral patterns—because I am convinced that by transforming our inner attitude, we can transform the world around us.

I work with both individuals and organizations, primarily in the healthcare and social services sector, but also with companies looking to develop their management culture. My goal is to foster greater cohesion, mutual support, and active listening, and to enable everyone to thrive in their role.

Through NVC, neuroscience, and occupational psychology, I help teams and individuals, through sessions in my office or via video conference, build environments where human relationships become a driver of performance, well-being, and meaning.
