For me, learning and personal development is a core area of life that gives me joy and a sense of purpose. Because of this personal commitment, it is a matter close to my heart to support other people in their growth in such a way that they discover and develop their own fields of learning, while at the same time being able to accept and love themselves and their current limits. In order to make this possible, I try to shape my companionship in a good mix of clarity / honesty and empathy / love.
Born in 1968, I am a mother of two girls and a graduate economist mediator. I am a freelance trainer since 1999; a co-founder and trainer at the Sikor Institute – mediation training consulting (1999-2009), freelance trainer since 2010.

Für mich ist Lernen und persönliche Weiterentwicklung ein Kernbereich des Lebens, der mir Freude und das Gefühl von Sinnhaftigkeit gibt. Aus diesem eigenen Commitment dazu ist es mir eine Herzensangelegenheit, andere Menschen so bei ihrem Wachstum zu unterstützen, dass sie in Akzeptanz und Liebe für sich selbst ihre eigenen Lernfelder entdecken und weiterentwickeln. Um dies zu ermöglichen, gestalte ich meine Tätigkeit in einer Mischung aus empathischer, annehmender Begleitung und klaren, ehrlichen Impulsen.

“My mission is to share NVC through public and organisational trainings. Also, I support people individually in 1-on-1 sessions, I am accompanying couples and families and offering mediation for people in conflict, so that they may develop more peace and harmony within themselves and with others. In my work as an assessor, I am accompanying NVC trainers in their process of growing and integrating NVC in their trainings and day to day life.”
