I work organically—in living connection with the group, spontaneously, with mindful attention to what is unfolding in the present moment. I believe that the most meaningful processes do not emerge from following a rigid agenda, but from courageously following what is truly alive. At the same time, I value clarity, groundedness, and practicality, while creating space for deep reflection, contemplation, and the discovery of new perspectives.
For many years, I worked as a teacher in the formal education system before becoming involved in alternative education. I co-created democratic and sociocratic communities, founded learning communities, and facilitated circles and group processes. These experiences taught me how to create spaces rooted in trust, shared responsibility, and authentic human connection.
What matters most to me are authentic self-expression, openness to the unfolding process, and the courage to be oneself. In my work, I invite people to discover their own truth and make choices that arise from deep connection with themselves, while honoring the freedom and boundaries of others.
I am the president of the Heart of Forest Foundation, where the two pillars of our work are Nonviolent Communication and connection with nature. We create spaces for transformational processes and for rediscovering one's life direction. I believe that when people slow down and reconnect with themselves and the natural world, they more easily find the courage to choose a life that is aligned with their deepest values.
I do not teach ready-made answers. I accompany people in discovering their own.
