For over the last fifteen years, I have been teaching NVC, and I constantly feel the power of the process and how it helps people to become who they are.
I am feeling very grateful to be able to share NVC with people who come to my workshop. I am starting to specialize in giving workshops to increase the integration by developing mindfulness, slowing down our habit of answering quickly, and mindfulness of our breath to increase the awareness of our thoughts and of our inner reactions.
I am finally sharing my 47 years of practice of mindful meditation. Advancing in age I do hope to be able to continue to share NVC as long as I am alive.
