After decades as a music director and educator, a life-threatening health crisis clarified what matters most to me: relationships that function well under pressure, care and respect even in disagreement, and communication grounded in shared human needs. Following a long healing journey, I redirected my skills in facilitation, teaching, leadership, and group dynamics toward the principles that transformed my emotional and physical health—Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I came to see these principles as highly practical tools for addressing the complex relational and cultural challenges our world faces today.

Today, I enjoy sharing my own story of miraculous healing and offering communication training that builds awareness, clarifies intention, and transforms company culture. Drawing on years of experience leading teams, facilitating difficult conversations, and helping clients navigate change, I support organizations seeking stronger collaboration, safety, and values-aligned performance. My work is especially effective for teams navigating conflict, change, or high-stakes decision-making; my mission is to help build cultures that are both joyful and effective—where people work or live together with appreciation and ease.
