My deep aspiration to contribute to the preservation of life and the well-being of people led me to work for sixteen years as a doctor in humanitarian structures, particularly in Casamance, in the south of Senegal, where a conflict has been raging for more than 30 years.
My encounter with NVC in 2011 opened the doors to an immeasurable space to welcome my humanity and that of others. I immediately wanted to make this precious gift known to everyone around me. Driven by this momentum of sharing, I initiated the creation of the Senegalese NVC Association of which I am currently the president and I began my journey to become a certified trainer in 2013. Since then, I have never ceased to be amazed by the power of the NVC process to create and maintain quality links beyond our differences and our cultures.

Mon aspiration profonde à contribuer à la préservation de la vie et au bien-être des personnes m’a amenée à travailler pendant seize ans comme médecin dans des structures humanitaires, particulièrement en Casamance, au sud du Sénégal, où sévit un conflit depuis plus de 30 ans.
Ma rencontre avec la CNV, en 2011, m’a ouvert les portes d’un espace incommensurable pour accueillir mon humanité et celle des autres. De suite, j’ai eu à cœur de faire connaître ce précieux cadeau à toutes les personnes autour de moi. Portée par cet élan de partage, j’ai initié la création de l’Association sénégalaise de CNV dont je suis actuellement la présidente et j’ai commencé mon chemin pour devenir formatrice certifiée en 2013. Depuis, je ne cesse d’être émerveillée par la puissance du processus CNV à créer et maintenir des liens de qualité par-delà nos différences et nos cultures.
