Conscious of the meta-crisis, I want to contribute to making humanity safe for the world. I am doing what I can in two interconnected ways. I want to help organizations with a shared life-affirming purpose to self-organize in ways that every voice matters. Call that sociocracy and consent decision-making. And to support that work, I see the need to communicate with kindness and curiosity. Call that Nonviolent communication. I live in Cherry Hill Cohousing in Amherst, Massachusetts, United States. I was born in Cuba and moved with my family to New York City when I was eight.
