A Certified Compassionate Communication Trainer with a passion for the sweetness of healthy relationships, Jenna Card guides communities and individuals into clear, authentic connection with themselves and others.

As a coach turned counsellor specializing in embodied relating, Jenna’s empathic approach reveals healing insights and builds the capacity for courageous communication. Supporting both individuals and couples, she is known for her attuned curiosity and insight, and capacity to accompany a wide range of emotions and life experiences.  Jenna guides others in cultivating the self-compassion, radical honesty and resilience needed to live harmonious, authentic, joy-filled lives.  

Passionate about community living, Jenna also offers leadership to communities longing for honest collaboration while serving the shared vision of the community.  Dynamic governance, Convergent Facilitation, Heart Circles and Interpersonal Mediation are some of the ways she supports healthy, sustainable communities. 

Jenna’s formal training includes Nonviolent Communication, Somatic Relational Therapy, mediation, nature-based leadership, relational neuroscience as well as sacred shamanic and embodiment practices, yoga and mindfulness.

Jenna lives 2-hours east of Vancouver, BC, Canada on a Community Farm and loves dance, weeding, weaving and quiet time in the forest.
