I am a human relations facilitator, certified in Nonviolent Communication since 2018. With a degree in human sciences, I first worked as a journalist, then for 12 years, as director of a publishing house, whose publications are aimed at local communities. Being passionate about my job as a manager, I have always been keen to “take into account” the specificities of each person and to establish cooperation in my team, and I am today more than ever convinced that the key is in this collective intelligence, because it gives recognition and meaning to what we undertake.
The discovery of NVC at the beginning of 2014 was a real shock: I became aware of the impact of my education, of the way in which I conditioned myself, in my way of being and communicating. And I understood that the first person I was violent with was myself, by not taking responsibility for my choices, by judging myself, by comparing myself... And of course by judging others and wanting that they are what I expected of them. In this, NVC has deeply benefited and enriched me. For me, there is clearly a before and an after. What I like about NVC:
NVC has quite simply changed my life to the extent that I have gained serenity and self-confidence, it has also calmed my personal and professional relationships. This is why I want to pass it on in turn and share this precious experience, with the intention of participating in social transformation, in a world at peace.
