Since 2010 leading training and facilitating personal development with a methodological background in nonviolent communication, deep ecology, authentic movement, and process-oriented psychology. 

To engage for social change is the main motivation why I am part of the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) movement. I love to combine embodiment practices with NVC for example with authentic movement, to widen the mental field into a felt sense of self and others. My style is welcoming, playful, and clear, allowing depth to unfold. My main activities include:

  • witnessing personal development through NVC
  • Embodying NVC – developing a felt sense of self and others
  • social change and the work that reconnects (Joanna Macy)
  • relating in reciprocity with nature

All my work is in its core about relation. Relating with myself, relating with the human sphere, relating with the more than human world. Therefor NVC gives me still the strongest tools for self-empowerment. Authentic movement in nature is my mystical practice. As I spend countless hours outside in the forest at all times of the year, moving, dancing with, and becoming nature, I know the healing aspect and the wonder of it. I feel blessed to live with two wonderful children in a transition town area next to Vienna.

Seit 2010 leite ich Trainings und unterstütze persönliche Entwicklung mit einem methodischen Hintergrund in Gewaltfreier Kommunikation, Tiefenökologie, Authentischer Bewegung und prozessorientierter Psychologie. 

Mich für sozialen Wandel einzusetzen ist die Hauptmotivation, warum ich Teil der NVC-Bewegung bin. Ich liebe es, Verkörperungspraktiken mit NVC zu kombinieren, z. B. mit Authentic Movement, um das mentale Feld in ein felt sense" von sich selbst und anderen zu erweitern. Mein Stil ist willkommenheißend, humorvoll und klar, sodass sich Tiefe entfalten kann.

Hauptschwerpunkte:

  • Zeuge persönlicher Entwicklung durch NVC
  • Verkörperung von NVC – Entwicklung eines gefühlten Gefühls von sich selbst und anderen
  • sozialer Wandel und die Arbeit, die wieder verbindet (Joanna Macy)
  • Beziehung in Wechselwirkung mit der Natur

Meine gesamte Arbeit dreht sich im Kern um Beziehung. Beziehung zu mir selbst, Beziehung zur menschlichen Sphäre, Beziehung zur mehr als menschlichen Welt. Daher bietet mir NVC immer noch die stärksten Werkzeuge zur Selbstermächtigung. Authentische Bewegung in der Natur ist meine mystische Praxis. Da ich zu jeder Jahreszeit unzählige Stunden draußen im Wald verbringe, mich bewege, mit der Natur tanze und zu ihr werde, kenne ich den heilenden Aspekt und das Wunderbare daran. Ich fühle mich gesegnet, mit zwei wundervollen Kindern in einem Übergangsgebiet in der Nähe von Wien zu leben.
