As a child, I dreamt of flying high in a circus, and thus began my journey with dance, acrobatics, directing theatre play's and acting in role playing. Always looking for new angles and longing to create new work, shifting borders and exploring new adventures. Being outdoors, spending time in nature is my preferred way to restore energy and balance.

In my work as a facilitator of NVC I support groups and individuals in connecting with what is really alive in the moment. Supporting growing awareness of what is yours to look at and how to be with inner pain. Finding new ways connect with one self and others and how to really listen and support others in there life- or work journeys.
