Living with empathy — breathing in harmony with the aliveness that life offers — is my deepest intention in life. I am a researcher of what it means to be human. Since I encountered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2015, I have stopped searching for answers in books or distant places; instead, I continue this exploration right here, within my own heart.
For the past twenty years, through my various roles — trainer, facilitator, consultant, mentor, coach, and mediator — I have been sharing my experiences and learnings with individuals and organizations. Together with the groups I work with, I continue to explore, learn, and grow.
