Where vulnerability is welcome to dance – with both sincerity and playfulness

"I dream of children growing up knowing that what they feel and need truly matters. That they are allowed to take up space — gently, confidently, in connection with themselves and others. I imagine a world where care flows naturally, not because it’s expected, but because it’s felt. Where people grow into their strength with tenderness, and connection quietly weaves through daily life like something soft and strong at once."

I discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) after my divorce, searching for more connection with my children and their father. Over time, it became a way of living. As an ethics teacher in primary school, I work with around 350 children on communication, body awareness, and well-being.

Students and participants often experience me as approachable; a safe space emerges where vulnerability, courage, and connection can gently dance. In my side practice, I offer trainings and work as a children’s coach. I live this work daily — with my three children, in friendships, and in community — offering tools that strengthen awareness, (self)confidence, and connection.

“In everything I do — whether I’m teaching, coaching, or holding a training — I aim to offer space. Space to breathe, to feel, to grow. I bring tools that support self-awareness, grounded confidence, and connection. I listen with presence, and invite others to do the same — to themselves, to each other. This mission lives not only in my work, but also in my relationship with my three children (born 2003, 2004, and 2006), and the friendships that hold me. It’s in the way I show up — with care, openness, and a willingness to grow together.”

“Thank you for visiting. If something touched you, sparked curiosity, or made you pause — feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to connect with people walking their own path in NVC, whether quietly or out loud. Maybe our paths will cross one day — in a circle, a training, or a moment of shared presence.”
