What is your view?

Conflicts are opportunities.  Conflicts are part of life. They usually arise from different interests or misunderstandings in communication. If the differences remain unresolved, a bad feeling often remains and relationships are damaged.

As a spouse, housewife and mother of five children, I am confronted with conflicts on a daily basis. Nonviolent Communication is a valuable gift for me to stay connected, especially in everyday family life. 

In my professional environment, I work as a conflict educator, coach, author, organizer, mediator and trainer. I am passionate about passing on knowledge and supporting (learning) processes. My specialty is leading communication training and supporting people in conflict situations.

​Task​

Eveline Degani worked for 7 years as head of the akj Rorschach. There she was involved in individual counseling, group counseling and project support in the area of ​​church youth work.

Eveline Degani has been running the Giraffen.Schule since summer 2020. This is an alternative school that practices self-determined learning, empathetic support and responsible action. 

At konfliktbewältigung.ch she leads the mediation course, the parenting course and offers various seminars and lectures.
