Always researching non-violence and its daily practice, I am very motivated by Nonviolent Communication which allows us to put benevolent awareness on our behaviors, to find ways of doing things that take into account the needs of each person, including me.
I also offer traditional yoga teaching, with non-violence as the first principle.
My deep connection with the earth and nature is realized among other things by a simple way of life and a place of life in the Ardèche countryside.

En recherche depuis toujours sur la non violence et sa pratique au quotidien, je suis très motivée par la Communication NonViolente qui permet de mettre de la conscience bienveillante sur nos comportements, de trouver des façons de faire qui prennent en compte les besoins de chaque personne, y compris moi.
Je propose aussi un enseignement de yoga traditionnel, avec la non violence pour premier principe.
Mon lien profond avec la terre et la nature se concrétise entre autres par un mode de vie simple et un lieu de vie dans la campagne ardéchoise.
