After a career as a journalist and then as a marketing manager in an SME abroad, I worked for over twelve years with elected officials of local communities in Beaujolais on a program supporting project leaders' establishment, promoting the local economy, and sustainable development of the region.
Simultaneously, since 2004, I've been training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) along with collective intelligence tools and participatory governance. Since my certification by the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) in 2014, I've gradually developed training programs and support for teams, which now occupy my full-time commitment.
I am the author of "Nonviolent Communication with Children • NVC in Family and Daily Life: Experiences Shared" (Mardaga Editions, 2023). This book narrates a story from four perspectives in the form of an exchange between myself, my husband, and our two children, now aged 18 and 21. Combining a lengthy and enriching family experience with the presentation of educational principles proposed by NVC, this work demonstrates how Nonviolent Communication can foster an environment of trust, cooperation, and shared responsibility within a family, emphasizing the significance of relationships in education.
