"My passion is sharing NVC in groups and organizations, fostering transformational change in how people work and collaborate together. I also share via public workshops Somatic-Based Empathy (an NVC-based healing process I developed) as well as ‘Street NVC’ and empathy hacking. In addition to training, I work one-on-one and with teams via executive coaching."

She designs and leads transformative communication trainings for diverse organizations including large NGOs, multinationals, nonprofits, startups, and Fortune 500 companies. Her clients have included the U.N. Development Program, New York University, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, AmeriCorps, and the Camphill Foundation, among many others.
