I just love to inspire individuals, couples and groups towards growth
- and I really enjoy facilitating learning and cooperation in teams and organizations. 

I have been and still am contributing in different roles:

• trainer, facilitator and supervisor for companies and Non-profit organizations since 2004, following my diploma in educational sciences (a German equivalent to a master's degree)
• couples therapist and mediator since 2014, integrating NVC with other helpful approaches
• counselor and coach specializing in men since 2020, integrating NVC with other helpful approaches
• tantra workshop facilitator since 2022, combining heart connection and physical touch.

In my experience, there is just no better approach for creating and sustaining connection with oneself and others than NVC. So while I do apply other helpful developmental tools (such as experiential education, solution-focused brief therapy, the work of Byron Katie, internal family systems/IFS etc.) I always deeply rely on the clarity of observations, sensitivity to feelings, the beauty of shared needs and on courageous requests to make life more wonderful for everybody. 

NVC isn't just an approach, it's a way of life. My three kids, now in their teens and twens, have been my best teachers.
