Ceyda Hirsch grew up in Istanbul, Turkey. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked for many years in multinational companies. When she encountered the practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), her life took a dramatic turn towards self-inquiry and the nature of human connection. Her path led her to breathwork, in which she has been trained by Bernadette Blin at the CesHum in Paris.
Ceyda has been a a breathwork and meditation practitioner since 2023. She offers 1-on-1 sessions to support individuals, leads online and in-person retreats in NVC, breathwork, and Human Essence Meditation in Turkey and internationally. She currently lives with her husband, Rob, and cats and dogs in Montreux, Switzerland.
