As far back as I can trace my past, I find the common thread of interest in human relationships, their complexity, their strength, and the doors they can open, the resources they can provide us with... or not. My childhood dream at the age of 8 was to become an inspiring adult for others, someone who cares for humanity and ends her life as an "old sage" that I imagined, all wrinkled, looking back happily on her past. The journey has not always been smooth sailing; it has sometimes turned into rapids, steep torrents, and turbulence. Over the years, I have had to learn to gently let myself be carried by the flow of life and stop resisting. I had to learn to know myself, to recognize myself completely and fully, to rediscover who I am, and return to my deep essence.
With a background in nursing, I worked in healthcare and education environments and then fully transitioned into this field. I was primarily focused on others, even though life had also led me to take care of what was happening inside of me. I experienced analysis, NLP, psychotherapy, and family constellations and trained in other practices such as meditation and shamanism. Then, I encountered Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and it marked the beginning of a long transformation that continues to this day. Finally, I found a process, a way of life that could give me the means to live my deep aspirations: peace, freedom, and cooperation. I realized that the only person I could act upon was myself, to free myself from my conditioning, to regain control over my life, in the awareness of interdependence. I underwent training to learn how to give myself a better chance of becoming, one day, the inspiring adult I dreamed of as a child.
I prioritized the quality of relationships in all areas of my life with my grown children, my loved ones, and my colleagues. I learned to be aware of the relationship between myself and myself in order to take care of my relationship with others. Now, I am determined to enable each person to embark on the same path of transformation and give us all a better chance to build a more just society where everyone has a place where everyone can live with dignity and in peace. I am now working to transmit NVC in the fields of education and healthcare, supporting life and work collectives so that they have every opportunity to pursue their dreams. I also provide individual support to help people regain full access to their inner resources and promote social change towards more peace and harmony.
